Who we are

AutoBrand is operated by Mark Advance AI Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 16999590, registered office 33 Infirmary Street, Blackburn, BB2 3RN), the controller of personal data collected through this website and for our customer accounts. What we process

• Customer account and brand details: business name, contact details, brand voice, offers, logos and images you give us.
• Facebook Page connection: when a customer connects a Facebook Page, we receive an access token and basic Page information (such as Page name and ID) so that we can publish posts the customer has approved. We do not read private messages or personal profile data through this connection.
• Customer website content: with the customer's permission we read pages of their own public website (for example product names, prices, offers, reviews and images) so that posts reflect their real business. We follow the site's robots.txt, read it only occasionally, and use the content only to draft that customer's posts, which the customer approves before publishing.
• Campaign content: drafted captions, generated images and landing page content, and the approval status of each.
• Landing page enquiries: if a campaign landing page collects details from visitors, those details are passed to the business that ran the campaign, which is the controller of that data; we act as its processor.
• Emails you send us, and basic technical data (such as IP address) recorded by our web server for security.

Why, and our lawful basis

To provide the service you ask for (contract) and to keep it secure (legitimate interests). Posts are published only after the customer approves them. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share data with

• Meta (Facebook): to publish approved posts to your Page.
• AI service providers: the free demo currently uses our own templates and does not send what you type to an AI provider. For managed pilots, text and image prompts may be sent to AI providers to generate drafts and images. We are moving this onto UK-hosted infrastructure over time; until then some processing may happen outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
• Hosting and email providers: to run our servers and business email.

Retention

We keep account and campaign data while you are a customer and for a limited period afterwards. Access tokens are removed when you disconnect your Page or leave the service.

Your rights, disconnecting and data deletion

• Disconnect AutoBrand from Facebook: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find AutoBrand and choose Remove. We will no longer be able to post to your Page.
• Request deletion of your data: email enquiries@markadvanceai.co.uk with the subject Data deletion request, naming your business and Facebook Page. We will delete your account data, tokens and stored campaign content within one month, except what we must keep by law.
• You can also ask for a copy of your data, correction, or to restrict or object to processing.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers.
